At Chicken Craft, we make every personalised gift to order right here in our UK workshop. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about ordering, personalisation, delivery, and returns.

🛒 Ordering & Personalisation
Each product page includes a form where you can enter the customisation details required — such as names, dates, or messages. Just fill in the boxes before adding to your basket.
Sorry, we can’t offer previews. We produce orders as quickly as possible to get them dispatched on time, especially during busy periods.
Yes — if you email us straight away. As long as the order hasn’t been made or dispatched, we can usually make changes or cancel it.
Absolutely! Most designs can be printed on any product we sell. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, just contact us and we’ll help.
Yes, we do. We regularly handle large and corporate orders. Please get in touch and we’ll be happy to provide a quote.
🏭 Production & Dispatch
We aim to send out all orders the next working day.
Yes. We design, print, finish, and dispatch every order in our own UK workshop using blanks from trusted UK suppliers.
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been made yet, we’ll update it — or if it has, we’ll work with you to find a solution.
We can’t guarantee same-day dispatch, but it often happens naturally as we work hard to send everything out as fast as possible.
🚚 Delivery
All orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24, which is normally a next-day delivery service.
Tracked delivery is included as standard on every order.
No — we currently only deliver within the UK.
Please check your tracking link in the dispatch email. It’ll show whether your parcel’s been delivered, left in a safe place, or with a neighbour.
🔁 Returns & Replacements
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for personalised items unless they’re faulty.
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right quickly.
