Returns Policy
Contact us within 14 days of delivery and return items within 30 days.
To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition. Contact us at sales@chickencraft.co.uk to request a return. We’ll provide instructions if your item is eligible. Returns sent without authorisation will not be accepted.
📦 Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Item?
Please contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged or incorrect so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for processing.
