🚚 Order Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 0–1 working day.
Almost all orders are processed and shipped within 1 working day, except in cases where:

Unusually high order volumes occur (e.g., during peak holidays)
If we foresee any delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Courier: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24

Estimated Delivery Time: 1 working day from dispatch

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
💷 Delivery Costs
Large Letter items: £1.99
Parcel items: £3.99
Orders of £30 or more: free delivery
If an order under £30 contains both Large Letter and parcel items, both charges apply (£5.98 in total).
The delivery cost for your basket is shown at checkout before you pay.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently do not offer international delivery via the website.
🎁 Personalised Orders
Custom or personalised items are made to order. Please double-check your personalisation details at checkout, as errors can delay dispatch.
📦 Delivery Issues
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow up to 5 working days (in case of Royal Mail delays) before contacting us at sales@chickencraft.co.uk.
